Leina’ala is a charming 24 unit condominium building located in Kihei, Maui. All our owners and guests enjoy a quiet environment with spectacular ocean views. Each condo is individually owned with permanent and part time residents with just over half opting to vacation rent their units. All vacation rentals have vacation rental management companies that handle all the rental responsibilities.

Leina’ala owners and guests enjoy our swimming pool and neighboring Waipuilani park with access to the beach and tennis/pickle ball courts. We have an on-site resident manager that cares for our property. His office hours are Monday through Friday 8 am – noon and 8 am – 10 am on Saturday. Leina’ala is a smoke-free property with a designated smoking area and has a no pets policy as well.

Our quiet hours are from 9 pm – 8 am.

We are ideally located on Maui with nearby shops, restaurants and easy access to most parts of the island.
